About the Role Numidia is seeking a driven and commercially minded Commodity Sales Trader to join our Trade Department in Dallas, Texas. In this international and fast- paced environment, you will buy and sell dairy products across more than 100 countries. After a structured training program, you will work alongside an experienced Commercial team member, managing customer relations, negotiating contracts, and supporting market growth. Essential Job Functions * Purchase and sell dairy products within an assigned global market. * Achieve volume and margin targets for the assigned region. * Optimize purchasing and sales conditions while meeting financial and compliance standards. * Maintain and expand customer and supplier relationships, including travel for customer visits and international trade fairs. * Understand customer and supplier needs, register information, and share insights internally. * Ensure accurate execution of purchase and sales contracts; work cross-functionally with internal departments. * Track market and product developments, identify commercial opportunities, and take action. * Apply risk management principles related to reliability, claims, currency exposure, credit limits, and payment terms. Education & Experience Requirements We are looking for a Commercial professional who: * Holds a BSc or MSc degree. * Is proactive, goal-driven, and commercially focused. * Has strong communication skills and enjoys building business relationships. * Demonstrates competencies in teamwork, communication, leadership, accountability, analytical thinking, and customer focus. * Has good knowledge of automated systems (Microsoft Office, ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus). * Is fluent in English.
