R.F. Fager Supply, a trusted and long-time distributor of plumbing, HVAC and kitchen and bath products is growing and expanding in Eastern, Pennsylvania area. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing client relationships, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and enhancing the customer experience by promoting our, plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories. The ideal candidate must have a customer-first attitude, a positive approach to sales and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, hands-on environment.Responsibilities * Meet or exceed key performance metrics and sales goals to drive sales growth. * Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers and design professionals. * Conduct regular territory visits, customer meetings and product presentations. * Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects using Solar Eclipse and other tools. * Generate accurate quotes and follow up to close sales. * Coordinate closely with inside sales, purchasing and delivery teams to ensure seamless service. * Deliver marketing materials, samples and small product orders when needed. * Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance. * Represent R.F. Fager with professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric focus. Requirements * Proven and successful outside sales experience. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely * Background in home improvement, kitchen or bath related products strongly preferred. * Bachelor's degree desired * Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (experience with Solar Eclipse is a plus). * A self -starter mindset with excellent follow through * Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. * Growth-minded with a passion for learning and sharing success strategies.
