Full description of the position

The Mission We are looking for a hungry BDR to build our outbound sales motion from the ground up. You will not just be "setting meetings"--you will be the engine of our growth, directly responsible for sourcing pipeline this year. This is a hunter role. You will call into leadership identified target accounts, research key stakeholders, and execute multi-channel outreach strategies to generate Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) for our Account Executives.

What You Will Do
  • Prospect: Identify and research high-potential accounts within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify: Lead qualification calls to validate needs (budget, authority, timeline) before handing off to an Account Executive.
  • Build: Partner with sales leadership and marketing to document best practices
  • Clean: Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our CRM (Salesforce)

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
