We are proud to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Staffing and Sales Coordinator in our Sioux Falls, SD office. Previous staffing experience NOT necessary! Responsibilities: * Answer phones, complete data entry, and filing, scanning, copying, and preparing mail; * Greet clients, temporary workers, and all guests and provide outstanding customer service; * Conduct sales calls and appointment setting for sales staff; * Conduct off site activities; * Make sure both temporary workers and the clients are taken care of; * Assist with morning dispatch and afternoon payouts; * Open and/or close the office daily; * Work 40 hours per week; * Other basic office support as necessary. Qualifications: * Be high energy with a positive team-focused attitude; * Have a sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment; * Be a self-starter and able to work well under minimal direction or supervision; * Have a professional, customer-focused demeanor and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people; * Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
