Responsibilities of an AT &T Sales Assistant: * Proactively engage with consumers to develop new relationships and increase sales while providing thorough information on products and services * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AT&T's wireless devices, plans, and bundled services, ensuring customers receive accurate and comprehensive information. * Provide superior customer service while utilizing supplied company techniques to increase sales and acquisitions * Attend daily company meetings to stay up to date client and product knowledge as well as receive any training to be able to better assist customers * Apply knowledge on effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, sales, and general business operations in order to meet client demands and customer needs Qualifications for an AT &T Sales Assistant: * Experience in sales, customer service, customer support, or a related field * Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments and new information on technology * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of direct marketing and sales would be an asset * Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location: In person
