About the Practice Dr. Levine's practice is a high-touch, premium aesthetic practice focused on exceptional outcomes and a frictionless patient experience. We're rebuilding our growth engine with modern automation, clean processes, and a clear brand presence. The Opportunity We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to fully own our revenue pipeline and marketing execution. This is not a coordinator role. You'll have real autonomy to run lead management, booking strategy, follow-ups, content infrastructure, and marketing performance - with clear KPIs and support from our Operations & Growth Lead who owns systems and automation. What You'll Own Sales / Pipeline * Manage incoming leads across phone/text/email/DMs and ensure fast response times * Convert leads into consults and consults into booked treatments using scripts + follow-up sequences * Own consult scheduling strategy, waitlist logic, and booking optimization * Deliver quotes/packages and run a consistent follow-up cadence * Reduce cancellations and no-shows through reminders, scripting, and policy enforcement Marketing / Brand * Own the content calendar across platforms (IG/TikTok/Email/SMS as needed) * Coordinate content capture in-office (you direct the team; they're contributors) * Manage outside vendors (SEO, paid ads, creative contractors) and hold them accountable * Build partnerships and referral sources * Report monthly on lead sources, conversion metrics, and campaign performance Customer Experience * Ensure messaging is consistent, premium, and aligned with Dr. Levine's voice * Improve patient "handoff" experience from inquiry -> consult -> treatment What You'll Work With * An Operations & Growth Lead who builds automations, dashboards, and workflow infrastructure * A clinical team that provides content and supports conversion through excellent consult flow * Existing systems (EMR/CRM/tools) with a plan to consolidate and improve Success Metrics (how you're measured) * Faster lead response time * Higher lead -> consult conversion * Higher consult show rate * Higher consult -> treatment conversion * Reduced cancellations/no-shows * Consistent content output and brand quality * Improved performance of lead sources and partnerships You're a Fit If You * Have experience in aesthetics, med spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, dental, or concierge healthcare (preferred) * Love owning a number and improving it (conversion rate mindset) * Excellent written and verbal communication (premium, confident, warm) * Are organized and proactive - systems don't scare you * Can manage vendors and hold them accountable * Are comfortable in a fast-moving practice where results matter Nice to Have * Experience with CRMs, text automation, and pipeline management * Paid ads/SEO literacy (you don't have to be the technician) * Strong content instincts (what performs + what fits brand) How to Apply * Resume * A short note explaining why you're a fit * (Optional) Examples of campaigns/content you've managed and any results * Take Predictive Index: [please apply online] Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Ability to Commute: * New York, NY 10075 (Required) Work Location: In person
