This position offers a full range of benefits and a competitive salary! * Works closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to achieve census goals. * Collaborates, plans and helps to execute marketing events. * Fulfills other duties as assigned necessary for the efficient operation of the facility and organization. Basic Qualifications Education/Training/Certifications: Required : High School Diploma/GED Preferred: BS/BA Degree Experience: 1-2 years sales experience in a Life Plan/Independent Living Community or related environment. Skill(s): * 1Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Experience in managing sales database. * Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Able to think & exercise independent judgment when responding to customer requests in a timely manner. * A self-starter, exercise discretion and independent judgment * An enthusiastic person with sincerity and compassion for the senior population. * Professional appearance & proper phone etiquette without fail. * Computer experience, CRM database a plus. * 9. Dependable & have flexibility with work hours. * Strong communication skills (oral & written) * Excellent interpersonal skills in promotion and maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals both internal & external to the Community.
