Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. As a key player in our sales organization, you will utilize advanced CRM software and marketing strategies to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets. Duties * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research * Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs * Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities * Engage in B2B sales activities, including direct sales and territory sales strategies * Upsell products and services to existing customers to increase revenue * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation initiatives * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities * Support management in developing sales strategies and achieving overall business objectives Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage territory effectively through strategic planning and organization * Experience with lead generation techniques including cold calling and networking * Familiarity with product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales processes * Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights * Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships * Knowledge of retail sales, inside sales, or management is a plus * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with team members as needed Join our team as a Sales Representative to leverage your expertise in business development, account management, and territory management.
