XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for Sales Support!!! Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly (DOE) Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Location : Farmers Branch, TX 75244 XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a proactive Bilingual Sales Support Associate to help ensure seamless sales operations. This position plays a vital role in entering and managing orders, supporting communication between sales, operations, and clients, and helping deliver excellent service across all departments. Key Responsibilities: * Enter new and existing orders into TempWorks and other company systems * Collect detailed service information from clients and verify order accuracy * Maintain and update service documentation in the client database * Communicate new order details to the operations team promptly * Support client development with order follow-up and retention activities * Serve as a liaison between the sales team, recruitment staff, and clients * Assist Sales and Operations teams with various service-related tasks Requirements: * Strong oral and written communication skills (bilingual required) * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills * Previous experience in customer service or sales support * Strong data entry accuracy and multitasking abilities * Valid driver's license (some driving may be required) Company Hiring Requirements: * E-Verify * Drug Test * 7 Background Year Background Check - No Felonies/No violent/sexual crime * Must be able to pass background check.
