Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling us to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients for insurance products * Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance policies based on their individual needs * Negotiate terms and coverage options to reach mutually beneficial agreements * Manage sales administration tasks, including processing policy applications and maintaining accurate records * Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries, claims, and policy updates * Engage in marketing efforts to promote insurance products through telemarketing and community outreach * Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement * Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive information * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries * Must have valid Property and Casualty License or willing to get licensed in 30 days * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable * Proficiency in sales administration and analysis skills for evaluating client needs and market data * Knowledge of marketing strategies and benefits administration is preferred * Ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to handling sensitive client information * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41,600.00 - $64,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Work Location: In person
