Our client is hiring Entry Level Customer Service/Sales Representatives - We're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping our clients find the products and services that fit their needs. We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy building relationships and are excited to grow their skills in sales and service. Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in person to provide support and product information * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services * Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals * Process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity * Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and meet company objectives Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework a plus) * Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills * Confidence in presenting products and explaining features and benefits * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn * Basic computer and data entry skills * Prior experience in sales or customer service is helpful, but not required -- we provide full training!
