What You'll Do * Visit storm-impacted neighborhoods and offer free roof inspections * Educate customers on insurance-related roof replacement * Develop relationships through door-to-door outreach and scheduled appointments * Attend team trainings and work alongside top-performing mentors * Represent Linear Roofing during customer and adjuster meetings What You Need * Strong communication and people skills * Confidence and a self-starter mentality * Reliable transportation + valid driver's license * Ability to climb roofs or a drone * Active LLC (required for 1099 role) Compensation * Commission-based: $85,000-$350,000+ potential * You control your schedule and income * Leadership opportunities for top performers Work Schedule * Create your own schedule * Monday-Friday with optional weekends If you're hungry, driven, and ready to join a winning sales culture, apply today.
