Job Summary

Degree Wellness is hiring a friendly, outgoing Sales Associate to work at our Jacksonville Beach Studio. This is a part-time position, approximately 20 to 25 hours a week. Weekend and Friday availability is required. Prior experience in a gym, health club or spa is preferred but not necessary. Flexibility to work at both our Jax Beach and Town Center Studios is preferred. We offer the latest health & wellness services, such as Infrared Sauna, Full Body Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Drips and more. And we do it in a friendly, unintimidating studio environment. Come help us empower Jacksonville to feel, look and be their best self!

Responsibilities

:

• Welcome : new clients into Degree. As the first person they see, you are the face of the studio! We want clients to feel welcome and comfortable.
• Educate : clients with information about our services, memberships and pricing options.
• Sell : clients memberships, packages and single services.
• In addition, you will escort clients to their service rooms, answer the phone, check out customers paying for their purchases, schedule appointments, and help people create new client profiles.
• You will also maintain a clean and tidy studio, including doing laundry.

Qualifications

: We provide paid training. You just need to bring:

• An outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude!
• A passion for fitness, health and wellness.
• One year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment (preferred).
• A flexible schedule including availability on weekends and evenings. Our hours are 10am to 7pm, Mon thru Sat (and 12-5pm on Sun).

Compensation

• Starting at $15/hour base pay
• Plus commission-based bonuses
