Located in Bloomington, IL Salary: Commission Outside Sales Representative (B2B) Hourly ($18/HR) + Commission (Transition to 100% Commission) Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM A growing local business is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to build relationships and grow accounts in the surrounding area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cold calling, face-to-face sales, and being out in the field rather than behind a desk. What You'll Do * Conduct cold calls and in-person sales visits to local businesses * Drive to customer locations throughout the area to promote and sell products * Build relationships with new and existing customers * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products * Maintain notes, follow-ups, and sales activity tracking Compensation & Schedule * Hourly pay plus commission to start * Role transitions to 100% commission once hired onto the company payroll Mileage reimbursement for use of your personal vehicle * Laptop may be provided in the future Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM What We're Looking For * Minimum 3 years of sales experience (inside, outside, B2B, or similar) * Comfortable with cold calling and in-person selling * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Self-motivated and able to work independently Preferred (Not Required) * Plumbing industry experience * Knowledge of plumbing parts, supplies, or related products This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to grow into a high-earning commission-based role with a stable daytime schedule.
