Sales Associate Title: Retail Sales Associate - Cricket Wireless Company: Next Wireless (Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer) Location: Manhattan / Queens / Brooklyn / Bronx, NY About Us Next Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, comes from a 25+ year legacy in the telecom industry. We are expanding rapidly across NYC and are looking for motivated sales associates to grow with us. Responsibilities * Greet customers and recommend wireless phones, plans, and accessories * Assist with activations, upgrades, and account troubleshooting * Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and accurate inventory * Process transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs * Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships Qualifications * Prior wireless, auto, insurance, or real estate sales preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Driven to meet sales targets and earn commissions * Tech-savvy with basic smartphone knowledge * Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays * Bilingual (Spanish/other) a plus Compensation & Benefits * Pay Range: $17 - $20/hour plus commissions (uncapped earning potential) * Paid sick days & holiday pay * Employee discounts on phone plans & accessories * Career growth opportunities into management roles * Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off Work Location: In person
