This is primarily a OUTBOUND SALES role not a coordination or management role Cool Sips is a new crafted fountain beverage concept with four locations in New York City. Responsibilities The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for leading all catering and event sales initiatives, to include, but mot be limited to: * Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure catering business from corporate, event, and social markets * Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, venues, and social groups * Conduct outreach through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events to generate new business opportunities * Collaborate with our marketing manager to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target markets * Provide personalized proposals and tastings to prospective clients, demonstrating product offerings * Coordinate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of catering orders and events * Track sales activity, prepare forecasts, and report on performance metrics * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the beverage and catering sectors * Represent Cool Sips at industry functions, trade shows, and community events Requirements The qualified candidate will be especially: * Persistent * Hard-working * Organized * Friendly and outgoing This list of qualities is short, but well-considered.
