Location El Segundo CA Position Overview We are seeking a senior aviation leader to drive growth and profitability in aircraft and engine parts-out operations. This executive role leads business development, oversees P&L performance, and manages a high-performing team while partnering closely with executive leadership. Key Responsibilities * Lead and expand aircraft and engine parts-out business and related sales activities. * Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives based on aviation market trends. * Build and manage key client and partner relationships. * Own departmental budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. * Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. * Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership. * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of aviation professionals. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * 8 -10+ years of aviation industry experience, including parts-out operations. * Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management. * Strong industry network and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication skills in English. Preferred * Japanese language proficiency. * Experience working with international or global aviation markets.
