Full description of the position

* Answers new inquiry phone calls. * Maintains continuous census and/or waitlist growth * Documents all activity information taken into the company program. * Conducts the required number of home visits with prospective residents each week. * Makes a required number of direct inquiry follow-up calls per day. * Initiates follow-up contact with prospective residents. * Conducts sales tours for prospective residents. * Conducts community visits and engages in networking activity for sales opportunities. * Schedules appointments for tours and lunches. * Completes required reports. * Communicates sales progress, concerns and challenges with administrator and Home Office leaders * Works with Administrator to generate ideas and coordinate functions in collaboration with Dining Services and Life Enrichment to attract potential residents and tours. * Evenings and weekends may be required. * Position may require driving during inclement weather. * If applicable, works directly with the sales assistant for work week coverage and task completion. Job Qualifications: * Free of non-treated communicable disease * Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification * Maintain current drivers license Physical Demands: * Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs. * Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs. * Ability to continuously walk or stand.
