Competitive pay Excellent benefits (health, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid vacation & holidays Professional development opportunities As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will: * Collaborate with Sales, HR, and crossfunctional teams to develop marketing materials and product content. * Create and maintain resources for presentations, digital platforms, print collateral, social media, and internal communications. * Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the organization's mission, values, and brand standards. * Conduct market research and gather insights to support competitive positioning and campaign development. * Review and report marketing campaign performance to leadership. * Manage multichannel communication campaigns, including digital, social, print, and direct mail. * Support design requests and creative direction from the Chief Sales Officer, Executive Team, and Sales/Engineering teams. * Lead annual or asneeded Voice of the Customer campaigns and share results with management. * Serve as the point of contact for public press interactions as needed. * Create and format presentation templates for the Executive Team. * Coordinate company tradeshow participation and logistics. * Maintain and enhance the sales tracking platform (Pipedrive); support reporting and data needs. * Perform additional marketing, communications, and administrative duties as required Job Skills Requirements * Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, or similar role. * Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. * Handson experience with web content management tools (e.g., WordPress). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Google Workspace. * Knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics. * Experience managing marketing campaigns on social media platforms. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong presentation and organizational skills Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field -- or equivalent combination of education and experience Work Environment * This position is based onsite at the Milwaukee corporate office. * Regular visits to other VRC locations may be required. * Occasional outofstate travel for tradeshows or workrelated activities About Us VRC Engineered Solutions is a leading provider of custom-engineered molded products and sealing solutions, serving diverse industries including automotive, industrial, marine, and healthcare.
