Our Customer Enrollment Representative team plays a key role in future business generation by identifying and developing new business opportunities that will focus on increasing our market share with Frontier's new and existing customers. We look for people who are passionate about helping others and take pride in helping people save money and lower their monthly telecommunications bills. This Customer Enrollment Representative role will support our clients across the Denver market. We're not looking for your average Joe. General Job Duties and Responsibilities As A Customer Enrollment Representative: * Genuine Customer Connections: Cultivate relationships with new or existing customers and explore new opportunities within a given territory to expand our client base. * Superior Product Presentation: Showcase our products and services to customers, assisting them in finding the perfect fit for their needs. * Estimation Expertise: Utilize our cutting-edge technology to generate packages and estimates for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Top Negotiation Tactics: Navigate pricing discussions with finesse, finding solutions that work for both our customers and our clients. * Service and Communication Excellence: Be the main point of contact for any customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and a positive experience to increase in customer retention and referrals. * Achieve Goal Metrics: Set ambitious sales goals with the team and work diligently to achieve them, driving growth for our clients. * Market Guru: Track market trends and competitors on the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to our management team. * Adaptability and Flexibility: Embrace versatility by willingly taking on other duties as assigned to support the team's overall success and sales goals.
