Business Development Executive - Home Health & Hospice We have been retained by a leading home health and hospice provider to find a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in the field. The ideal candidate is currently working in home health or hospice in the DFW area, and brings established relationships with key referral sources, such as physicians, hospital discharge planners, and skilled nursing facilities. This role focuses on expanding referral networks, driving patient volume, and building community partnerships to support the organization's mission. Why This Opportunity? Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new referral opportunities by leveraging existing relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, and other healthcare providers. * Maintain and grow existing referral relationships to increase patient volume. * Promote home health and hospice services aligned with regulatory requirements and the organization's mission. * Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth transitions and delivery of services to referred patients. * Attend community events, healthcare conferences, and other networking opportunities to increase visibility and build partnerships. Qualifications: * Experience: Must currently work in home health or hospice with direct involvement in business development, marketing, or referral management. * Relationships: Existing connections with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and healthcare networks. * Skills: * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, especially with healthcare providers. * Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards. * Ability to meet referral and growth targets through effective networking and relationship management. * Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads and manage referral networks. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
