Qualifications * Manufacturing experience; knowledge of shop flow is a plus * Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Excellent negotiation and closing skills. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
