Gartech Supply is seeking a skilled Technical Service & Sales Support Contractor to provide field service, customer support, and system oversight for chemical application technologies. This role is ideal for a selfmotivated professional with strong technical and customerfacing skills. Responsibilities * Support customers on-site and remotely with troubleshooting, optimization, and system performance. * Build strong relationships with plant teams and identify improvement opportunities. * Develop and manage sales plans to support growth within assigned accounts. * Conduct service visits including equipment inspections, dilution checks, calibration verification, inventory checks, and documentation updates. * Collect and manage retention samples, update charts, and provide summaries to customers. * Maintain and support Guardian systems, ensuring proper calibration and performance. Qualifications * Technical/mechanical aptitude and strong problemsolving skills. * Experience in manufacturing, industrial chemicals, or related fields (preferred). * Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites.
