Local Business Development Representative (Part-Time) - Subway Location: Louisville, KY Job Type: Part-time (10-20 hours/week)

Compensation

: Hourly pay + commission on catering sales

Job Summary

We are a locally owned Subway franchise in Louisville looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to help grow catering and local business partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and earning based on results. You will represent a well-known brand while working directly with local offices, schools, churches, and organizations. This is not a desk job and not a corporate marketing role. It is a hands-on, community-focused sales position with clear goals and support. What You 'll Do

• Visit local businesses and organizations in person
• Introduce Subway catering and group meal options
• Identify decision-makers and build ongoing relationships
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, or email
• Track outreach and results using a simple system
• Help grow repeat and recurring catering accounts What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable talking to new people face-to-face
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently with clear goals
• Sales, hospitality, community outreach, or customer service experience is a plus
