Title: Sales Representative * Location:* Remote, occasional online meetings required. Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA. We're looking for a driven and consultativeSales Representative to join our team and grow revenue in the ambulatory and post-acute healthcare markets. In this role, you'll manage key accounts, advance qualified leads from our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), deliver tailored product demonstrations, and support the full sales cycle--from consultative discovery through deal closure. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to develop customized proposals, coordinate pricing and contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff to implementation teams--all while building strong, long-term client relationships. * What you will be doing in this role: * Drive Territory Sales: Sell company products and services within an assigned geographic area or market segment, consistently working to meet and exceed sales targets. * Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic clients, acting as their primary point of contact and advisor. * Qualify and Advance Leads: Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to evaluate inbound and outbound leads, ensuring high-quality opportunities are moved through the pipeline effectively. * Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and deliver tailored value propositions that highlight the advantages of our offerings. * Deliver P*roduct Demonstrations:* Present and demonstrate product capabilities, ensuring alignment with client goals and use cases. * Support the Sales Process: Partner with Sales Executives to coordinate quoting, proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations. * Develop Sales Materials: Create customized presentations and proposals that clearly communicate our solutions' value. * Ensure Post-Sale Success: Work with internal teams to transition clients smoothly into implementation, maintaining communication throughout onboarding. * Track and Optimize Performance: Monitor activity, engagement, and conversion metrics to continuously refine your sales approach. * Stay Industry-Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare platforms like InteliChart, PointClickCare, and AthenaOne to support sales strategies and client conversations. * What experience do you need for this position? * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) * Must have PCC and/or AthenaOne experience * 2+ years of sales experience in ambulatory and/or post-acute healthcare markets * 1+ year of experience in sales support, quoting, or operations * Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong client focus with exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills * Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment * Strategic thinker with the ability to influence decision-makers, drive business outcomes, and adjust priorities in dynamic settings * Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota * Resilient and commercially aware, keeping up with industry trends and competitor offerings * What will put you ahead: * Experience selling SaaS solutions in the healthcare technology space, with familiarity in EHR, practice management software, and platforms like InteliChart, PointClickCare, and AthenaOne * Strong understanding of the post-acute care continuum, healthcare reimbursement models, and the broader healthcare ecosystem * Proven success in a team-selling environment, working with SDRs or account executives, and managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders * Experience leveraging data and metrics to refine outreach strategies and improve pipeline conversion * At InteliChart we offer a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to: * Medical, dental and vision plan options * Free virtual healthcare for you and your family * 20 PTO days, with 1 day added for every year of service * 10 paid holidays every year * 401(k) plan with employer match * Basic life and AD&D plans * Health savings account/Flex spending account * Total pet plan * Legal club plan (legal, ID theft, tax preparation) * Remote work - All positions are fully remote
