Compensation

: $350 daily rate (approximately 7-8.5 hour shifts) Position

Overview

Signature Innovation Group is seeking an Assistant Sales Representative to support our Lead Sales Representative at pop-up shop events. This role is customer-facing and experience-driven, focused on delivering exceptional service while helping introduce customers to the Signature Innovation Group brand and product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Sales Representative during pop-up shop events
• Engage with customers in a professional, welcoming, and confident manner
• Educate customers on the Signature Innovation Group brand, product details, and fit
• Encourage customers to try on garments and experience the quality firsthand
• Support overall sales flow, customer experience, and event setup/breakdown as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand sales environment

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a retail or event setting
• Sales, fashion, or customer service experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
