We provide 401(k) matching per the terms of the 401(k) plan. * Annual bonus and tuition reimbursement * Career growth in a fast-growing, mission-driven company * Collaborative, purpose-driven culture Responsibilities: * Learn the technical & workflow needs of our Law Enforcement, Corrections, and DA clients, and adapt Coreforce solutions to solve. * Develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals. * Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle for opportunities. * Provide professional responses to customer RFPs/RFIs. * Capture requested product features and provide feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Qualifications: * Associate's degree in engineering or computer science (or 5+ years relevant experience). * Strong adaptive skills, and the ability and desire to keep up with the latest new technologies. * Effective presentation skills, technical acumen. * Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and clients at a time. * Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
