Understand their needs and pain points quickly. 3. Recommend the right products/services with confidence and clarity. 4. Guide them through the sales process from first call to closed deal. 5. Handle questions and objections like a pro. 6. Make sure they 're happy, feel looked after, and excited about working with us. 7. Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in our systems. You'll be on the phone a lot. You'll be talking to real people, building real relationships, and creating real results -- and you'll be rewarded for every win.
