Full description of the position

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Hyatt Place, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, and Holiday Inn Express Airport North. The ideal candidate will bring strong hotel sales expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to generate business across multiple branded properties, with a focus on corporate, leisure, and group segments. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue * Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships * Manage corporate, group, and leisure accounts to achieve sales targets * Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations * Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports * Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams * Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies * Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with hotel policies Requirements & Qualifications * Minimum 4 years of experience in the hotel industry * At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a hotel environment * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Excellent knowledge of hotel sales processes and market segments * Ability to analyze data and prepare sales reports * Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office * Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Skills * Experience in corporate, MICE, and group sales * Established network within the hospitality industry * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer * Competitive salary and incentive structure * Career growth opportunities * Supportive and professional work environment Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
