Job Title: Outside Account Manager: The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing revenue within an assigned book of existing customers. This role focuses on retaining accounts, increasing share-of-wallet, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring a strong customer experience through consistent onsite/phone contact, quoting, and coordination with internal teams. We particularly target key industries such as Agriculture, Construction, Manufacturing, Municipalities, and Food Processing. This diversity offers you the chance to engage with a variety of clients along with opportunities for repeat business through accessories and detergent sales. Location: This Account Management territory covers Southeast Minnesota and Northeast Iowa. Job Description
: As an Outside Account Manager at Hotsy Equipment Company, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications
:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
- Results-driven with strong business acumen
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) or the ability to learn
- A valid driver's license is required
- Mechanical aptitude helpful
