We're seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Compensation: $80,000 plus commission Responsibilities: * Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves * Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points * Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures * Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages * Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business * Generate patient referrals and forecast targeted accounts * Grow the existing market share and develop new referral sources * Develop and maintain a marketing plan * Promote the company and nurture client relationships Qualifications: * High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred * Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills * At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred * A consistent top performer in sales * Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike * Sales and healthcare experience is required About Company Are you looking for a career and not just a job?
