What You'll Do * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service. * Conduct thorough analyses of clients' financial situations to uncover needs and identify opportunities for improvement. * Provide expert advice on various financial products tailored to client goals. * Engage in community outreach to promote financial solutions and expand market share * Review existing and new financial agreements while ensuring clarity and trust. * Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and client proposals to attract and retain clients. * Manage follow-ups, documentation, and ongoing client communications with precision and care. * Ensure all activities are compliant with industry regulations and ethical standards. * Utilize Centers of Influence and referral strategies to expand your reach and book of business. * (Optional) Serve as a bilingual or multilingual resource to support a diverse and growing community.
