For more information, please visit Ampersand at [please apply online] WHAT YOULL BE DOING: Lead Ampersands Addressable Sales team efforts in the West to accelerate new business and expand existing business through holding company and regional agency interactions. Manage a team of high-performing Account Directors to drive client success across Ampersands addressable offerings. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance The range listed is just one component of Ampersands total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and / or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401K with employer match, short & long- term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
