Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Rheumatology District Sales Leader who is motivating, inspiring and leading to join us our Rheumatology organization for the geography of Texas/Lonestar team based in Dallas or Houston Texas. About the role The District Sales Lead Rheumatology role is responsible for driving demand for assigned product(s) by motivating, inspiring and leading Clinical Account Specialists (CAS) activities within an assigned District. The Clinical Account Specialists are charged with engaging and building relationships with Rheumatologists, their allied health professionals, and office support staff Who you 'll work with Builds relationships with all internal/external stakeholders, to establish a known, long-term presence of UCB Immunology and establishes an understanding of the local ecosystems, the payor environment, and medical/pharmacy benefits. What you 'll do * Delivers consistent, compliant sales results of assigned product(s) by leading and directing the activities of Clinical Account Specialists (CAS) * Ensures the execution of company business strategy * Coaches and develops a results-oriented team of CASs who influence medical stakeholders' use of UCB products * Ensures team understands and applies in-depth clinical and business expertise, along with demonstration of effective selling skills * Maintains a thorough understanding of the competitive marketplace and drivers of prescriber decisions * Ability to drive and/or fly to meetings and client sites. Overnight travel of 25-50% may be required Interested? For this role we 're looking for the following Minimum requirements * Bachelor's degree required * 3+ years of successful management and/or supervisory experience of a team selling an FDA approved specialty product or device * 5 years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry that has included * Resides within assigned geography * Valid driver's license required Preferred requirements * Marketing, Sales Training, Sales Operations or Market Access experience * Completion of a professional leadership development program * Experience in reimbursement * Experience with Injectable/Buy & Bill biologic products * Biologic product launch experience * Experience in calling on Rheumatologists This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $ 161,000-$212,000per year.
