We're looking for qualified individuals with leadership skills to enter into our Fast Track Management Program. Applicants have the potential to move into a management role within 1 year of hire. Qualified Candidates will be: * Previous experience in sales, preferably in financial services * Managerial experience * Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills * Strong leadership qualities * Ability to build rapport with clients * Fearless, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results * Desire for continuous learning and a good communicator--excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner. * Bachelor's Degree is required. Responsibilities: * Assist clients in developing a strategic long term financial plan to achieve their financial goals using a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds. * Create and implement strong, innovative sales strategies * Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement * Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting * Establish and retain new partnerships with clients Who we are: New York Life is America's largest mutual life insurance company.
