Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious intern/fresher to join our Business Development team. This role offers hands-on experience in developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and showcasing our product to potential clients through live demos. You will gain exposure to various aspects of business development and make a meaningful impact on our growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: * Research and identify potential clients across various industries. * Create and maintain a database of qualified leads. * Assist in crafting personalized outreach strategies. 2. Product Demonstration: * Learn the ins and outs of our product to deliver compelling and effective demos. * Engage prospects during live demonstrations, addressing their specific pain points and showcasing solutions. * Gather feedback from demos to relay to the product and sales teams. 3. Client Engagement: * Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships. * Support follow-up communications, including proposals and presentations. * Collaborate with senior team members to tailor solutions to client needs. 4. Market Analysis: * Conduct research on industry trends and competitors. * Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. 5. Sales Support: * Assist in preparing sales pitches, reports, and other collateral. * Track progress and update the CRM system to ensure seamless communication within the team. 6. Collaboration: * Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals. * Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to refine strategies. Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum of 1-3 year of experience in a Business Development or sales role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to present ideas and solutions effectively to diverse audiences. * Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. * Comfortable with technology; prior experience in tools like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail. * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development (internships count!) is an advantage but not mandatory.
