Tenebris Business Group, a performance-driven sales and business consulting firm, is seeking a qualified Retail Sales Trainee to join our team in Brooklyn. This entry-level role supports our Retail campaign, where you will represent AT&T by assisting customers with enrollment, account setup, and service activation. You'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training to help customers access fiber, wireless, and mobility solutions. As a Retail Sales Trainee, you will be immersed in a variety of store functions to gain foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and direct customer engagement. You'll assist with everything from initial customer greetings to helping with product demonstrations and managing transactions. Essential Functions of the Retail Sales Trainee Role * Welcome retail customers and assist with service inquiries, delivering helpful support aligned with AT&T's customer experience standards. * Collaborate with experienced team members to build foundational knowledge of AT&T's retail operations, product offerings, and enrollment procedures. * Support sales transactions and service activations by ensuring accurate data entry, documentation, and system updates. * Contribute to team meetings and skill-building sessions focused on AT&T product education and retail performance strategies. * Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment that reflects AT&T's brand standards. * Assist the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across AT&T's in-store outreach initiatives. Education & Experience Needed for the Retail Sales Trainee Role * A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred for this entry-level retail position. * No prior experience is required; candidates will gain foundational skills through structured onboarding and role-based guidance. * A goal-oriented mindset and a strong interest in developing within a collaborative, customer-focused retail team are essential.
