The franchise territory is 35 miles surrounding the Davenport, FL area. Apply ONLY If You Have Reasonable Experience in the Following: * Proven outside sales experience in home services, restoration, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning or a related industry. * Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing new business. * Familiarity with insurance adjusters and the claims process is a plus. * Pitching hotels and other commercial properties for our services. * Proficiency in CRM software (we use Workiz), and Microsoft Office. * Valid driver's license with a *clean driving record. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Achieve $50K in sales within the first 90 days. * Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. * Close sales and negotiate contracts. * Build and maintain strong client relationships.
