We are a high volume, fast-paced insurance office that is looking for a results-driven New Business Advisor. This role requires a dynamic individual to generate new business revenue by prospecting new clients, analyzing carrier options, and providing custom solutions tailored to each client's insurance needs. Responsibilities

:

• Identify clients' needs and advise the best options for each client across a variety of carriers.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
• Achieve monthly sales goals by actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Strengthen client relationships by providing exceptional, top-tier customer service with consistent follow-through.
• Attend two client-facing events per month. Ideal candidates will possess the following:
• Active Property & Casualty license
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales within the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry, preferably within an independent agency, or with a strong understanding of multiple carriers.
• Self-starter mentality driven to achieve goals and deliver measurable results.
• Meticulous and able to carefully review insurance policies and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes.
• Proactive mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction by adeptly addressing client concerns, providing clear answers to questions, and offering effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Proficient in Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Able to adapt and learn new, web based, computer software programs. Familiarity with EZLynx a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
