The Opportunity We are seeking a Consultative Sales Professional who thrives at the intersection of technical problem-solving and relationship building. This is not a transactional sales job; it is a strategic role where you will act as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, bridging the gap between their energy needs and our engineering solutions. You will be an 80% Hunter, focused on aggressive business development and navigating complex decision-making units to close high-value commercial contracts. Key Responsibilities * Territory "Hunter": Aggressively prospect and develop new business within your region. You will own your pipeline from cold outreach to contract close. * Technical Consultation: Conduct site assessments, review design plans, and "talk shop" with facility managers and engineers to ensure our solution fits their infrastructure. * Stakeholder Navigation: Skillfully manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers--from commercial landlords to utility officers. * Proposal Excellence: Collaborate with internal Project Managers to deliver precise technical quotes and present winning, high-value proposals ($500k+). * Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on global solar trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes.
