This call-center-based insurance sales role is open to licensed agents and unlicensed professionals ready to grow in a phone-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound warm leads from a call center setting
• Speak with clients by phone to understand their needs and recommend life insurance coverage
• Guide clients through applications and policy selection
• Follow up with prospects to build trust and long-term relationships
• Use company-provided CRM and dialing systems
• Work toward clear sales and performance goals
