Sales Assistant Job Summary: The Sales Assistant is an in office position working hours 9 am-5 pm. The Sales Assistant will follow-up with sales leads, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries from leads and customers. * Duties/Responsibilities: * Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. * Answers inquiries from clients concerning MagnaWave products, their uses, and the PEMF industry. * Assigns sales leads, questions, and issues to sales staff. * Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other sales information to clients. * Negotiates terms of sales and/or service agreements; prepares contracts, quotes, and submits orders. * Collaborates with other departments, managers, and staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency. * Periodically prepares and reports results and status updates of accounts and leads. * Assists with answering phone calls and coordinating appointments. * Connecting incoming leads with Sales Representatives * Troubleshoots internal system issues. * Provides clerical and administrative support to Director of Sales and Sales Support Staff. * Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: * 1-2 years office experience, preferably in customer service or sales * Proficient with Microsoft Office * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Proficiency in English * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality * Detail-oriented and self-starter * Infusionsoft experience a plus, but not required * Mac experience a plus * Equine industry experience a plus * High School diploma required, college degree preferred * Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times. * Occasional off-site travel, Louisville area (<10%). * Please no phone calls.
