Responsibilities * Promote and sell residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment using effective sales techniques. * Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their comfort requirements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business. * Stay informed about the latest HVAC products, industry trends, and technological advancements. * Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Utilize technology, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, to enhance sales processes and customer interactions. Qualifications * No prior experience is required; we are willing to train individuals with the right attitude and mindset. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for sales. * Willingness to continuously improve skills and processes to achieve excellence. * Knowledge or experience in boiler sales is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Familiarity with technology and the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams. * Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
