Compensation

: Excellent base pay structure combined with competitive, uncapped commission based on acquisition performance. Your Role and Impact:

• Client Consultation: Meet with customers to identify their needs and professionally recommend tailored AT&T solutions (Internet, Mobile, etc.).
• Sales & Service: Manage the full sales process and ensure a high level of initial customer service to maximize retention.
• Portfolio Growth: Successfully onboard new accounts, maximizing initial value and setting the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction.
