Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet those needs. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and community events, to generate new business opportunities. * Handle telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote insurance services. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Assist with sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales, outside sales, or telemarketing is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Familiarity with insurance sales is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it is a valuable asset in serving diverse clientele. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
