Full description of the position
We're looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who's just starting their sales career, eager to market themselves and a great company, and excited to travel across the U.S. You'll be the first point of contact with potential clients, sparking interest in our services, building relationships, and setting the stage for our sales team to close the deal -- all while growing your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. What does your day-to-day look like? * Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to spark interest in our services * Ask the right questions to understand client needs and determine if they're a good fit * Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team * Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth hand-off * Keep detailed records of all outreach and conversations in our CRM system (Salesforce) * Learn and speak confidently about our asset management software * Hit monthly and quarterly targets for outreach and lead generation * Take feedback and continuously improve your sales approach * Travel throughout the US to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company at in-person meetings as needed What qualifies you? * Someone who wants a career in sales. * Strong communication and people skills * Interest in a long-term career in sales or business development * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn * Organized and detail-oriented * Dependable and accountable * Team player with a self-starter mindset * Experience with Salesforce or commercial real estate is a plus, but not required Why work with Us? * Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals * Clear growth path and promotion opportunities Details: Location: New Hyde Park, NY Classification: Full-time, in-office.
