Overview: A Japanese trading company seeks a Sales & Logistics Operations Coordinator . This position is responsible for developing customers, managing supplier relationships with overseas suppliers (mainly in Japan), coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities and Duties: * Conduct sales for chemical and raw material products; identify and develop new customers, and manage existing accounts. * Build strong, trust-based relationships; attend meetings and events to maintain customer satisfaction. * Prepare quotations and proposals; negotiate pricing and terms; coordinate deliveries and contracts. * Record and monitor sales activities; support customers with samples and product info; report market trends. * Attend trade shows and business events; travel domestically and internationally as needed. * Coordinate with logistics and accounting teams on shipping, payments, and documentation; ensure on-time delivery and proper record management. * Provide accurate order and delivery information; resolve issues; respond promptly to clients and suppliers. Qualifications: * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with corporate clients and internal teams. * Fliency in Japanese is a plus. * Ability to accurately handle numerical data and basic calculations, and to understand the content of graphs and charts. * Ability to interpret contracts and proposals accurately, think flexibly according to the situation, and resolve issues effectively. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create and analyze reports as needed. * Must be tactful, mature, and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work pressures successfully.
