The Role: We are seeking a dynamic, beauty-focused professional to join our luxury spa network. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will support different spa locations nationwide , helping each team drive sales and create exceptional client experiences. This is a hands-on, results-oriented role designed for someone who loves travel, high-ticket sales, and working in elegant, luxurious environments. What You'll Be Doing: * Engage with clients and provide guidance on premium skincare and aesthetic treatments. * Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling high-value services and packages. * Collaborate with local spa teams, including estheticians, nurses, sales supervisors, and front desk staff, to achieve daily and monthly sales goals. * Travel between assigned locations as needed, maintaining high performance and professionalism. * Share feedback and best practices to help teams improve client engagement and sales results. Who You Are: * Experienced in high-ticket sales or consultative selling , preferably in beauty or luxury services. * Strong communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills. * Motivated by results and performance goals. * Flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to new teams. * Valid driver's license required. * Comfortable as a W9/1099 independent contractor , responsible for own taxes.
