Residential Sales Executive (Garage Door) Job description: Overhead Door Company has been the industry leader for over 100 years. The Jacksonville Florida ribbon which serves the surrounding area, is seeking a Residential Sales Executive with at least 2 years experience in the garage door industry. Responsibilities: * Prepare estimates for new jobs, job changes, additional work scope, and ensure estimates are submitted on time. * Follow processes to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism. * Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers. * Review order confirmations to ensure correct products have been entered and shipping dates are accurate. * Work alongside the operations and scheduling departments. * Communicate clearly * Keep a positive attitude in all circumstances. * Maintain records of all estimates. * Act as a liaison between customers and co-workers. Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements: 2 years of experience required in Commercial Garage Door Sales or related field Ideal candidate will be technical/mechanical in nature and will have sales experience in the construction or garage door industry Ability to calculate amounts such as margin, markup, discounts, etc.....
