Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative Staffing to join our team and fuel our growth in the staffing and recruitment industry. Duties * Engage in proactive outside sales efforts to identify and secure new staffing clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies * Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored staffing solutions * Conduct product demonstrations of staffing services and technology platforms such as CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) tools like Salesforce to showcase our offerings * Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize market penetration and ensure consistent coverage within assigned regions * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability * Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives and sales campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new business opportunities * Perform analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within staffing, technology sales, or related fields * Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and lead generation activities effectively * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines * Demonstrated success in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on upselling and product demos * Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans for territory management * Knowledge of technical sales processes including product presentations and solution-based selling techniques Join us as a Sales Representative Staffing if you're passionate about connecting talented professionals with organizations that need them!
